宝应电器（工）厂始建于一九五六年，专业生产电工电器产品，广泛应用于航空、航天、汽车、家电等领域。

工厂下设六部一室一科、八个生产车间，现有职工近三百人，各类专业技术人才近百人，中、高级技术职称50余人，技术力量雄厚。工厂占地面积10514㎡，建筑面积10720㎡，年产值近亿元。

工厂相继荣获江苏省名牌产品、江苏省著名商标、江苏省科技进步企业、江苏省质量信用AA企业，国家高新技术企业、重合同守信单位、海尔集团A级战略伙伴优秀供应商、质量管理奖等荣誉称号，是国家自动控制器标准化技术委员会、国家小功率电机标准化技术委员会委员。

工厂相继通过了GB/T19001-2016、GJB9001C-2017质量管理体系、IATF16949质量管理体系认证、以及CQC、UL、VDE等产品的安规认证，取得了三级保密资格、武器装备科研生产许可证资质以及装备部装备承制单位资格。

工厂主要产品有四大类：热保护器类；温控器类；航空电器类；汽车电器类。

工厂还与世界五百强企业美国森萨塔科技有限公司有着长期、良好、全方位的合作关系，是该公司金牌代理商。

Baoying Electric Appliances Factory was founded in 1956. It specialized in producing electric products, widely used in aviation, aerospace, automotive, home appliances and other fields.

The factory consists of six departments, an inspecting room ,a testing room and eight production workshops. It has nearly 300 employees, nearly 100 professional and technical personnel of various kinds. It has more than 50 persons with high or senior technical titles. The factory covers an area of 10514m2 and a building area of 10720m2. The factory’s annual output value is nearly 100 million yuan.

The factory has successively won the Brand-Name products in Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Province Famous Trademark, the progress of Science and Technology Enterprise in Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Province Quality AA Credit Enterprise, National High and New Technology Enterprise, the Contract and Trustworthy Enterprise, Haier Group Class A strategic partner award for the best supplier and Quality Management award etc. The factory is the committee member of standardization technical committee of national automatic controller & small power motors. 

The factory has successively passed the GB/T 19001-2016, GJB9001C-2017, IATF16949 Quality Management Systems and CQC, UL, VDE Security certifications. It has obtained the third-level confidentiality qualification, the qualification of weapon equipment scientific research and production license and the qualification of equipment manufacturer in the Armament Department.

The main products of the factory have four categories: thermal protector, thermostat, aviation electrical appliances, automobile electrical appliances.

The factory also has a long-term, good and comprehensive cooperative relationship with the World’s Top 500 American Sensata Technology Co., LTD.  It is the gold agent of the company.
